Learning our multiplication facts!
Students were given a deck of playing cards to try to make the tallest structure possible.
First we made play dough. Student then used their play dough and tooth picks to create the strongest geodesic dome.
Students have been learning and using a variety of strategies to solve division problems.
Our learning intention for the lesson:
- To identify communication skills that enhance relationships for particular groups and purposes
- To describe factors that contribute to positive relationships
- To describe characteristics of cooperative behaviour and identify evidence of these in group activities
Students in CLC created a piece of descriptive writing about an invention that they can’t live without.
From our veggie gardens to our plates. CLC students enjoyed eating salad that they have cultivated, picked, washed, chopped, prepared and enjoyed!
Students in CLC explored and researched the significance of Anzac Biscuits. We then mixed, baked and of course ate our biscuits. Students used their experience to write a procedural text about making Anzac biscuits.
