NAIDOC Week

For our first week back, we have been able to celebrate NAIDOC week in SLC that was celebrated around Australia from the 7th July to 14th July. NAIDOC week is a time to celebrate the histories, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
We were able enjoy Dreamtime stories together and discuss the importance of the week. We also decorated the posters to show that NAIDOC Week was focussing on “Keeping the Fire Burning” with STRENGTH   CONNECTION    PRIDE   UNITY   EQUALITY!
