City of Whittlesea Youth SUmmit

​On Thursday 11 September, our four school captains, Aarna, Ethan, Chloe and Dante, attended the City of Whittlesea Youth Summit. The day consisted of sessions focused on giving these young leaders a voice and building their confidence. The ideas from this summit will be collated by the City of Whittlesea in conjunction with La Trobe University to inform the City of Whittlesea Youth Plan for 2026.
Here is what our student leaders thought:

“I enjoyed the Youth Summit because it gave youth leaders and students in our community an opportunity to have a voice on topics such as mental health and wellbeing and how we can support youths in our community. We enjoyed fun activities at lunch time like VR, live animals, henna art and so much more! We were so lucky to be invited and to represent MPPS at the City of Whittlesea Youth Summit.
