Literacy and Numeracy Week 2024

In CLC, we celebrated Literacy and Numeracy week from August 29th until September 4th!

It wasn't our average week – it was a celebration of the pleasure we find in reading and the wonders of math! Did you know this special week all started in Australia back in 1997? Since then, it's become a global phenomenon, inspiring young learners to discover the joy of these essential skills and concepts. 
 
We used Lego to embrace our learning during maths and used Post It notes to prank the teachers, while learning about Area. See the photos below to see our brain-boosting fun!
