PLC

Prep students are learning about fruits in Japanese.
Students have done a variety of activities related to fruits, including:

• Writing six fruit names in Japanese
  
• Singing and dancing with Japanese fruit songs
  
• Making Origami fruits
  
• Investigating fruits by density, for example, do they float or sink?

CLC students learned about Japan's traditional and modern houses, and compare the features of houses between Japan and Australia.  
​One of the aims was to be able to use the Hiragana chart confidently when working on writing and reading activities.
