Carome Learning CommunityCLC students were challenged to take 12 photos... and 12 photos only to show what we do in a school day. First: To help us plan we used storyboards. We planned the setting, camera angle and props needed for each photo on our storyboard, with a picture example of what the photo would look like. Second: Using iPads we took our 12 photos. Some groups finished early and created a movie with all of their photos, using the app iMovie. Yan Yean Learning CommunityIn the last week of term 1, YYLC students had a blast creating their own 'foot chase' sequences. We combined music, sound effects, slow motion and various different camera angles to create fantastic foot chases! Plenty Learning CommunityWow! What a fun first term of school it has been for our 2020 Preps! We have been busy learning about iPads: iPad safety, how to take photos, videos and voice memos. We have also be learning about sound effects: How to make them with our voices, bodies AND record them using various technologies. Orange & Blue Groups Green & Pink Groups In Simon and Carome Learning Communities, we have been learning about: 'Camera Angles' We have learned that different camera angles and shots help the viewer to understand or feel something about a scene, setting or character. For example: A Low Angle makes a character look bigger. This can be used to make a good guy look big and strong. Or a bad guy look big and scary.
