YYLC's Present to PLC

Our Grade 5/6 students have been working on a special project to welcome our new Prep students. They created a music video for the song 'This Little Light of Mine,' incorporating baby sign language to accompany the lyrics.
Students focused on using clear, repetitive movements and actions to match the song, making it engaging and accessible for our youngest learners. This thoughtful approach helps Prep students join in, build confidence, and feel a sense of belonging. This project encouraged creativity, collaboration, and empathy, as students designed something meaningful for others in our school community.
