When I arrived there were only a couple of people from Mernda Park Primary School at the pool already.  I sat down and it was about three minutes in when the bell called all competitors for Freestyle . Most of our MPPS students were doing freestyle, including me. When all the Mernda Park students were called,  we were so nervous just thinking about it. We hopped up on the diving boards. There was a loud bang and we jumped in.  We gave it everything and did our absolute best that day.  At the end of the race, we were very puffed out. In the end, we really enjoyed ourselves and id our school proud.
