“I think that the children benefit greatly by attending karate, we are a very traditional club and our learning is all based on teaching children respect, courtesy, goal setting while participating in healthy physical activity and also having fun.... I invite anyone from the school who would like to come and observe one of our classes to see how the children are learning and having fun.
We have also started a women’s self defence class if any of the staff would like to attend and join in.”
