Imagine A World

It was a peaceful world. But - now madness is unlocked from the horror underground. A place where cracks in the world open up with menacing fear and release the death and despair that hell has in stock. Hell breaks free a place where time and space cannot be controlled.

A normal day for Zach, not so much for you. He would wake up to some screaming and maybe some blood on his window, as long as you're inside your safe… you would think. It was 12:30pm and he was at work, usually he would be answering calls or filing old files. But today was different. He was about to answer another call of the day, when he saw a shocking notification. A crack in the ground was opening up only 2-3 kilometres away from where he was now!  He wasn't too panicked or alarmed as he thought it was all under control. “Hey Zach! I've got a notification for a crack opening up.” Harry said, “Nah, don’t worry, I'm sure it's all under control,” Zach replied.

Ping, ping, ping! Notifications were flooding in. He could tell everyone in his department started to have a reaction to the notifications. People were leaving, some weren't even fussed about the situation.  Bang… Bang… Bang, “Was that what I thought it was?” “Have I been wrong this whole time?” “Was that… foot ste-” before he could finish he heard glass smashing from all around him. NO… NO it can't be… a class three Ralagon! Dark red blood dripping from its blood thirsty, ginormous mouth. The putrid smell of rust and blood stenched the air. It stood 15 feet tall in the dark, grey, windy sky. Screaming echoes throughout the building and blood stains from the glass shatters.

Car horns beeping uncontrollably. Alarms to houses screaming in alert. I could hear security running towards the Ralagon with guns, but it wasn't enough. The monster pushed through it, pushing the security out of the way, then I heard something. The sound of a helicopter mounted with a gatling gun! The rattling is like teeth chattering. TAKE COVER! Someone screamed. The Ralagon was mad…very mad “ROAAAR!” The helicopter fired rapidly at the Ralagon, the monster screamed in pain.   As it gripped the helicopter, the Ralagon flicked it to the ground like a spitball and an explosion rumbled the ground for miles. The Ralagon edged closer towards Zach.

Zach looked at it… a menacing, fierce monster with no will for anyone to live. …Dead in the eye, it looked back at him with the same deathly stare given from Zach. With nowhere to run and nowhere to hide, it was too late for anyone to save him. The Ralagon grabbed hold of Zach. Zach was ready for anything.  He tried to wriggle free, but every time he tried to break free, the monster's claws dug deeper. Zach knew it was the end, with nothing to do, nowhere to run, nowhere to hide… blood everywhere and with that the battle was over. The Ralagon lived to see another day…but Zach didn’t.

Told by a witness R.I.P.
