Imagine A World Knowing Everyone's Thoughts…
To my surprise… The world feels like it cannot be fair, healthy and have peace. The world can change in many ways but everyone has to take action if we want it to be kind and fabulous, but sometimes knowing everything could haunt you forever. Shocking news that could have you sobbing for a lifetime. This is my true and everyday life…
Have you ever thought… How ungrateful people are? There are people bawling their eyes out because of hunger. People are being teased for their culture. There are people bullying each other, being rude and deciding who can and can’t play sports. I might not be them but I am feeling their emotions and their every thought. My name is Romana and I'm about to tell you about my life and my ability to read people's minds…
Without a warning… a heinous idea from someone else's thoughts intruded my mind… I rushed to the police like a bullet. The sun started scorching in my eyes. I threw my body into the doors, everyone's eyes stared at me like I was amusing. I felt embarrassed but I barreled to the police officers screaming my lungs out screaming to them “Someone is trying to steal something from the jewellery store, we need to go there now!”. Police started giggling harder than ever telling me “Who would believe you? Let us do our job, you don't have to do it for us”. No one believed me. I knew I had to prove it myself…
With determination… I rushed into the expensive jewellery store that sold gold as well as  silver necklaces and rings. I was nervous and sweaty. I didn't know what could go wrong but I just rushed and pulled my phone out of my pocket. I instantly clicked the camera icon. I fell to the floor trying to hide myself with a skinny white wall. I whispered to myself “gotcha” taking thousands of pictures and videos of a rude robber stealing every single piece of jewellery. They were not leaving one single piece of jewellery behind and I was catching them right in the act…
In a rush… I put my phone back into my pocket. I sprint back to the police station like a tiger. I almost broke the doors at the police station. Everyone looked at me again. I don't look at them. I went straight to the head office where the police chief works. I was showing them the incriminating photos and videos I had just taken at the jewellery store. The police chief thanked me like crazy and apologised for not believing me. For my bravery and my special ability, the police offered me the job of a Special Detective. I took it gladly.
Don't doubt yourself and the power you have…
