CRICKET maths

Exciting learning with Cricket Maths
 
Earlier in the term students completed a fun and engaging math's activity. During this lesson students combined the excitement of cricket with important math skills to enhance their understanding of place value, addition, and subtraction.
As part of the activity, students “played” a cricket match, calculating runs, overs, and wickets. This not only helped student sharpen their mathematical abilities, but also made learning feel dynamic and enjoyable. Students enjoyed participating in this lesson and sharing the strategies they used to maximise their runs!
