At MPPS we learnt about the importance of asking R U OK?
Students practiced asking each other how they are feeling and what they can say or do to help other people in need. Students then made a yellow wristband to wear home to help teach their families and friends about R U OK? Day. At MPPS as well as accessing the eSafety resources for school, we encourage parents/carers to access the eSafety Parents link to utilise the resources available, to help our students navigate their digital world and educate them to avoid harmful online experiences outside of school. The eSafety website encourages parents/carers to work together with young people to understand the importance of engaging with their online activity safely such as –

What is Wellbeing
Wellbeing is a complex combination of a person’s physical, mental, emotional and social health factors. Wellbeing is strongly linked to happiness and life satisfaction and is different for each individual.
Feelings of wellbeing are fundamental to the overall health of an individual, enabling them to successfully overcome difficulties and achieve what they want out of life.
