What is Wellbeing
Wellbeing is a complex combination of a person’s physical, mental, emotional and social health factors. Wellbeing is strongly linked to happiness and life satisfaction and is different for each individual.
Feelings of wellbeing are fundamental to the overall health of an individual, enabling them to successfully overcome difficulties and achieve what they want out of life. Each week MPPS will share a resource to support the mental health and wellbeing of our school community courtesy of Banyule Youth Services. This week's resource is titled Music and Your Mood.
