clc excursion

​What a great day! Have a look at the fun and learning that was had by all on our excursion to CERES.  Our visit to CERES was the culmination of a term of learning about Sustainability – CERES is an environmental education centre, community garden and urban farm that runs along the Merri Creek.  We created a hotel for minibeasts that we brought back to Mernda Park, played games to show how loss of habitat can impact animal life and explored vegetation and animal life around the Merri Creek.  Our Carome kids made us proud by sharing their extensive knowledge on this topic and amazing behaviour when they were out in the public.  Great work CLC.
