YYLC - Outback homestead

These construction projects were inspired by the work of Australian painter, Russell Drysdale. Students created their own plan and had 3 weeks to construct their Homesteads.

"The Outback project in art has been an amazing topic to construct, it is such a creative and interesting subject to produce. We have been able to express our creativity  throughout constructing this project, we have been able to design the artwork with our imaginations and create what comes to mind freely. It has been such a great project to work on and we hope to have more artworks like this to look forward to." Claudia, Year 6 and Kenzie, Year 5.
