CLC Water Safety Excursion

The CLC students participated in the Life saving education program at Sandridge Beach in Port Melbourne. Students gained knowledge of keeping safe when in and around water at the beach. Students were taught practical strategies like identifying rip currents and reading key safety signs.  Students learnt about emergency response sequences, including DRABCD and doing CPR to the beat of 'Baby Shark'. Students had a great day being at the beach with their friends, while being challenged with new activities and experiences regarding water safety. Well done CLC!
