Imagine A World…

Imagine this. Me…the hero of Australia. Let me tell you how it all started. It was a cold winter night, snow falling from the sky, something was bugging me really bad. This bad feeling wouldn’t leave me.  The days pass faster than normal. Suddenly, Covid isn't talked about as much. Feeling as if I am always being watched. I think the governments have something to do with it. It was getting late and I put it down to being silly, so I went to bed.

The next morning I couldn't stop thinking about last night. It kept on bugging me, but I just went on with my day. As it started getting dark. I was on my phone, until I heard a light bang come from my closet. I heard another one and I walked over to where the noise came from. It looked normal until I found a secret door and I opened it…

The door slowly and creepily moved open and I walked in. It was a totally different world. With weird animals and a weird smell. This mysterious smell was intriguing to find, but I got distracted by the weird animals running, jumping and hopping all around me. There were birds that didn't look like normal birds. Their eyes were a purple in colour, like a marble, almost as if it was a camera in their eye. I investigated further and the strange smell was getting stronger. I followed it. I come across a tall building and I snuck inside. The sound draws me in there and I hide behind a box, as it sounds like people inside…whispering. As I peeked around the box, I see the Australian government, holding a secret meeting. I heard planning, strategising and tactical talking.  They were planning on making all of Australia drink the weird smell, they called ‘The Memory Eraser’. They explained details about how this would put people under a spell. I knew I had to do something about it, but didn't know how. Ideas started to swirl in my mind.  What they didn’t know is that I was listening to their plans and I was going to save the country!

I need to think of a way to stop all of this. I keep thinking. I make slight movements when they hear me. I start running back to the door that I came out of. Shutting it closed behind me. I run to my kitchen to see if there's anything I could use to stop the smell. I need to think quickly before they commence their plan. I thought to myself, I could make a potion to over power their  ‘Memory Eraser’, but I didn't know what I was going to use to make it. I started gathering things from the kitchen to make it. After what seemed like hours, the potion was done. I put it in a bottle and started running to the door. I raced through and snuck back into the building and poured the potion into the ‘Memory Eraser’. I heard footsteps. I hear people talking of continuing the plan. So I sit and wait…

A few days later…the Government brought out the ‘Memory Eraser’. Everybody inhales it for what they think is a healthy immune system. Everyone has taken it, breathes it in and…nothing. All the governments are confused.  This is not how it was supposed to work.  I confronted them all this time, showing them that I’ve been watching them and recording them exposing their plan. I posted the video online and exposed them for the frauds they are. The video goes viral and spreads quickly like fire.  I was called Australia's hero and was so proud that my efforts saved the country.

Always trust the feelings inside.
