Imagine A World Of Perfection…

I picture a world where… glamorous, glowing and glittering rain falls from roof tops and into buckets of global happiness. Fairness is spread among adults , parents and children, and the homeless are helped off the streets. Clubs of all sizes are respected and not excluded by an awesome society.  God, such a great world. But this world is failing us…

My team and I prepared for a long journey to the Pacific Ocean, to save the young and old from the sinking island named ‘Avo Island’ . We boarded a cruise ship and started our rescue and ventured out at sea. Despite the pressure of this trip, the sea life was absolutely breathtaking. We spotted jumping dolphins, smashing whales and gliding turtles along the way. Suddenly we spotted the island in the distance…

Believe it or not we arrived… Gathering people and getting them onto the boat. They were feeling relieved and grateful, thanking us consistently. Once the people of Avo Island were safely onboard, we set sail soring through the waves and escaping the sinking island as fast as we possibly could... As the island was almost out of sight, we suddenly could see smoke over the horizon - SMOKE…?

Smoke? How could that be possible? On a sinking island…? A lady we recused began begging us to go back and see what the smoke was from. We decided we would go back to Avo Island, but first we made sure everyone one was unloaded at Flynns Beach, in Port MacQuarie. We set off again, this time sailing harder than we’ve ever sailed before! As soon as we arrived back at the island, we began looking for the cause of the fire. And we found it… the missing piece of the puzzle…

You wouldn’t believe it - WE LEFT SOMEONE BEHIND! We found the lifeless body of a child laying on the rocky shore. We rush over and pick her up, then race her onto the ship, resting her on a comfortable bed.  Dodging all the deep blue waves we finally arrived back at Flynns Beach. Sprinting as fast as we could to the hospital. The doctors said the little girl will be OK. We are so happy that everyone is alright. A few days later I got a knock on the door. I ran to see what it was. It was the postie with a special plaque saying congratulations on saving people from the island and for all your hard work. I have been honoured with a memorable award to keep forever…

The world is perfect again
