      Imagine A World

A long time ago in a world far, far away….

It’s a period of civil war. Rebel spaceships are striking from a hidden base. Lasers firing, spaceships dodging and soldiers leaving nothing in their path. Victory has been achieved against the evil empire.  During the battle, rebel spies managed to steal secret plans to the empire's ultimate weapon with enough power to destroy an entire planet.

The sun was falling, and the rebel spies got to work.  Duke ran out the door as he glanced at  the sky. His imagination took him inside the rebel spies camp, ready to take on his next mission.  He was beyond excited to start and couldn’t believe that the day had finally arrived.

“How am I going to pull this off?” He thought to himself. “What if they find out who I am?” Duke sighed as he tried to clear his mind and prepare for what was ahead.

Duke was working with the rebel spies, his mission was to reunite with the rebels and figure out a plan to destroy the ultimate weapon.

Duke walks out the tent and he sees something outside. He notices a planet. He looks at it and in a blink of an eye the planet is gone!

“Oh no I’ve got to get moving because they have a 2 day head start.”
Duke packed up the tent and as he started to walk he received a call. It was the rebels saying “We have a plan to destroy the ultimate weapon.” They explained what happened. Afterwards they explained the plan was settled and the rebels had a talk about what was happening so far.

It was going to be very hard to get close to the ultimate weapon and Duke thought he might have to do a solo run himself where there would be no help at all. Duke was faced with a tough decision. It might be hard but he decided to go solo and he fired up his engine. He arrived and the ultimate weapon was there so he put his ship in attack mode.

Duke came close to the death star (ultimate weapon) as he fired on one of the turbo blasters. BOOM!  One of the turbo blasters was destroyed. He started the attack through the tiny gaps. It was a one in a million shots that he would hit the right spot. He had a plan to use his feelings and he put the target computer away and fired… IT WENT IN!

Yes! He flew away and BOOM it disappeared into the abyss.

Duke went back to the rebel planet and he celebrated with his friends. They were all happy in the end as they won the battle against the empire.

Some stories change when we least expect it.
