Imagine A World Where The Sea Turns To Galaxy

Tired and exhausted, the ice water surrounds me, yet the air is boiling. The coral in the water was colourful, crooked and bright. I sit in anticipation, waiting to get on a boat to see everything more clearly. There is so much more to come…

All of a sudden I find a way to jump in the water and have a better look at the ocean. I explore the underwater world around me, “where are the fish”? I ask myself,  looking for adventure. I swim down deep, still searching for something more. The dark, blue and turquoise water was as cold as a snowflake. The only thing I found was a small piece of coral but it wasn't enough. I NEEDED MORE! I rise back up to the top. As I came up the ocean turned to darkness. “What is happening?” I ask myself with curiosity…

I try to swim back up but I fall into a dark galaxy. I look around, I’m surrounded by stars, meteors and mysterious planets. I tried to find a way out but it was too dark and I couldn't see. It was peaceful, but weird. It was black and dangerous. “AHHH”! I'm confronted by this strange robot. It said “hello” but stuck in confusion I didn't know what to do. Be friends? Run? I didn’t know! “Hello”? I said. It turned and ran away, I followed it…

I'm led into the unknown galaxy… with the robot I found earlier. I'm a little worried about why it is here. How did it get here? And when was it made? There are a lot of things to discover but I want to go back to the ocean…the place I call home! I continue to follow the robots, wondering where they will lead me.

I drop deeper and deeper into the lost galaxy, this is not where I want to be yet I continue to follow the robot and hope for it to help me. The robot takes me to the edge of the galaxy- “jump!” the robot beeped. I feel nervous, how do I know if the robot is leading me to the right place? I anxiously step closer to the edge and look down, the massive bright blue ocean stares up at me. I nervously leap, hoping that the robot has led me to where I was before. I dive deep into the ocean and look for a way to get to land. I see a little hole leading up to LAND! Tired and exhausted, I am grateful that the robot led me home yet confused by my journey. The land gives me a warm hug, I will never enter the ocean again.

The ocean is magical, yet terrifying.
